Guardian of the Desert Sky sits in that space.

A lone figure walks through an endless desert, held inside a fragile sphere, watched over by an owl that sees without judgment. The owl is not protection in the physical sense. It is awareness- a given perspective. The part of you that understands the path before you even take it.

The desert represents the reality most people avoid- stillness, isolation, the absence of distraction. And yet, it is within that emptiness that clarity forms. The sphere becomes a world of its own, fragile but complete, suggesting that each individual carries their own journey, their own meaning, their own version of truth.

Above it all, the owl’s wings break into motion- chaotic, layered, expressive. Life is never still, even when we are. Thoughts, emotions, time itself… always moving. The contrast between the precision of the owl and the explosion of colour reflects the balance between control and surrender.

This work is not about escape. It is about awareness. About recognising that the answers are not somewhere else—they are already within the path you are walking.
