This large painting has been commissioned by an art collector in Japan. First charcoal was delicately brushed and painted in a unique and made up technique to create a realistic looking unicorn. Acrylics and mediums were painted, splashed and splattered to create a mix of realistic, expressionistic and abstract horse, unicorn and wings. Acrylic colours of soft blue, bright blue, storm blue, gold, cream and magenta were splattered and splashed.

This artwork is ready to hang. The fine art gallery quality canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
