Space Dance

This artwork ‘Space Dance’ is inspired by a love of dance and space. This charcoal, oils and acrylic painting on fine art 12oz heavy weight rolled canvas is an expression of life through thought, emotion with fine art realism, expressionism and abstract styles. Charcoal provides the realism for the beautiful ballerina dancer and planets of the solar system, using a unique and also made up technique with paint brushes. Acrylic paint flows and splashes in various blue hues, magenta, green, gold and sparkling medium were applied in energetic motion. Planets painted in relative colour theme with sparkle medium throughout dress for universe feeling. White oil paint is also painted in thick strokes for highlights and shine on the ballet dancer.

This artwork is a rolled fine art thick 12oz canvas with 5 layers of soft white gesso painted. Sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives. Includes a signed certificate of authenticity. Dated and signed on the back before shipping. Signed on front with art ink. Suitable for stretching or framing.
