Sunshine Surfer

This painting was commissioned by an art collector in Germany. The main photo has an element of digital art (the blue section of the surfboard is an overlay of a previous artwork). This painting was sent to French artist ‘Socrate’ with charcoal only created. The French artist added orange and yellow spray paint street art to the surfboard.

The beauty in beach and surfing has inspired the creation of this artwork ‘Sunshine Surfer’. This charcoal and acrylic painting on fine art ready to hang canvas is an expression of life through thought, emotion with fine art realism, expressionism and abstract styles. Charcoal provides the representational structure for the woman with surfboard, using a unique and also made up technique with paint brushes. Thin and thick paint in orange and yellow acrylic splashed in energetic motion. A French artist added the street art to the surfboard at a later date in the second photo. Oil paint throughout for highlights and extra realism.

This artwork is a stretched fine art canvas with 5 layers of soft white gesso painted. Sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives. Includes a signed certificate of authenticity. Signed on the front with art ink. Dated and signed on the back and also framing wire added before shipping. Main photos are professional and also some close up photos on iPhone.
