This painting is a focus on the feeling of summer in times gone by, though at the same time the reminders of memories brought upon by a simple soft sun glare. First charcoal was delicately painted onto the high quality canvas to create a realistic looking beautiful woman walking away into the distance. A feeling of ocean, summer, beach and ‘vintage’ was created with acrylic colours of rusty iron brown, mint green, turquoise ocean blue, sky blue, creams, white and marine blue. Abstract and expressionism splatters provide a sense of motion and vivid life.

This artwork is ready to hang straight out of the box. The high quality canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
