This painting is a focus on the beauty of large trees twisting by one another in form of love. First charcoal was painted onto the canvas to create a realistic looking pair of trees with long twisting branches to form a love heart. The trees have a focus on elegant feminine shapes at the front and some masculine shapes with dark deep shadows and lines at the back. Acrylic colours of vibrant red, ochre tan, iron brown, deep brown red, peach, pink, pastel pink, strawberry pink and rose red were splattered and splashed around the large canvas to bring the trees to life. The splattered acrylics are quite thick in a few sections and have some beautiful mixing and blending fluid visuals up close.

This artwork is ready to hang. The high quality canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
