My latest art piece is a new style/focus for me in many ways. I have created a woman running as inspired by a Brigette Bardot in photorealistic style, then created a new resin mix and acrylic thinned mix to swirl on the canvas to create a sense of movement, also to create a sea-like look. I continued with expressive abstract splashes as I danced around the canvas feeling her movement in the wind. I feel most at home near water and wanted to express both the night and day feeling. You’ll see hints of gold resin and shimmering throughout, making the dress appear 3D.

I use a specific ready to hang canvas to allow for my original made up charcoal technique and colour mix to work effectively. This art piece is complete with environmentally sustainable pine backing behind high quality cotton duck canvas and also a thick 4cm cross pine frame. This heavier canvas allows me to create more realistic and detailed charcoal art pieces. Over 200 of my unique artworks have been safely shipped worldwide; with insurance and tracker included.
