This painting is inspired by the joy of music. All my artworks are inspired by music as it guides me through my creative process. This artwork speaks louder and in a more obvious manner as to express not only the feeling, but also the vivid look of sound as it energises the soul. First charcoal was painted onto the canvas to create a realistic looking trumpet being played. Then a variety of acrylic colour was splashed and splattered in time to some music. A hint of Matisse acrylic gold is on the bell, which has a light shimmer effect in real life.

This artwork is ready to hang straight out of the box. The canvas has white sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
