This artwork is inspired by the beauty of a tree with a focus on sparkling reflections of snow, water and lights. First charcoal dust was delicately painted by paint brush in a unique made up way on the ready to hang canvas to create a realistic looking tree. Much focus was placed on a balance of masculine and feminine shapes, line and shadows. Acrylic colours of light blue, dark blue, storm blue, teal, shiny gold, pastel pink and cream were splattered and splashed to create a sense of life. This artwork is ready to hang gallery canvas with 4 layers of soft white gesso painted background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity. The main photos are professional with some close up photos taken on a camera phone.
