My latest art piece is inspired by my garden and the month of love. I have been wanting to create a garden scene or flowers for a while, though hadn’t worked out how to express my feelings when walking around my garden. I feel the life within my garden and in return the excitement it gives me as I see things growing and changing. I decided to use my watering can as a base, providing a strong and stable base- like the earth we walk on. I then used a mix of seven reds for some resin roses as inspired by my dwarf red roses. The green ferns are a symbol of youthfulness and provide balance.

I use a specific ready to hang canvas to allow for my original made up charcoal technique and colour mix to work effectively. This art piece is complete with environmentally sustainable pine backing behind high quality cotton duck canvas and also a thick 4cm cross pine frame. This heavier canvas allows me to create more realistic and detailed charcoal art pieces. Over 200 of my unique artworks have been safely shipped worldwide; with insurance and tracker included.
