This painting is inspired by the colours of Australia and some leaves seen on a beautiful plant this week. First charcoal was painted onto the fine art gallery canvas in a unique made up technique to create a large tree with feminine and masculine balances of shape and line. A mix of acrylic grey blue, deep rich iron ochre, red earth brown, raw umber, gumtree grey, light sky blues and shiny gold acrylic were splattered and splashed around the canvas in abstract motion. The gold has a beautiful shimmer effect to it.

This artwork is ready to hang. The fine art gallery quality canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. Some of the acrylic colours are lightly splattered on the sides and top. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
