This art piece is inspired by the complex colour mixes in moonstones and the ocean at night. I’ve mixed Matisse gold into this resin mix, though the photograph doesn’t show how well the gold lifts and shines. I’ve tried to create a sense of moonlight in the shadowing of my work as I continue to seek greater ways to express the beauty of existence and movement. Her leg leaping forward relates to a positive step forward in my life.

I’ve made up my own unique paint brushing effect to work in the charcoal. I then let the emotions run free with expressive splashes of acrylics, resin and resin-like mixes. This large canvas piece is ready to hang and sealed with high quality fixatives. Over 100 of my artworks have been safely shipped worldwide; with insurance and tracker included.
