This painting is inspired by the beauty of a peacock just as it spreads the lush green feathers out with a little prance. First charcoal was painted onto the large fine art gallery canvas in a unique and made up way to create a realistic looking beautiful peacock. Various green, indigo, pthalo blue, teal and tan acrylics were painted and splashed over hours to create a sense of vivid expressive life; through the shape and look of peacock feathers.

This artwork is ready to hang straight out of the box. The fine art gallery canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
