This painting is a focus on the beauty of an owl in flight with a sense of night and determination in the eyes. First charcoal was painted onto the fine art gallery canvas in a unique made up technique to create a large owl in a realistic appearance whilst flying. A mix of acrylic magenta, pink, cream, peach, ocean blue, storm blue, indigo, light blue, vibrant green and shiny gold acrylic were splattered and splashed around the canvas in abstract motion to form wings. The gold shines at angles of light.

This artwork is ready to hang. The fine art gallery quality canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. Some of the acrylic splashes are a little dripped and dotted on the sides and top. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
