This artwork is inspired by a trip to the beach with the feeling, colours, sounds and taste of the air enticing the senses. First charcoal was delicately brushed and painted in a unique made up way on the ready to hang stretched canvas to create a realistic looking woman with surf board looking out into the ocean, watching and waiting for the right waves. Acrylic colours of soft pink, rusty yellow, opal white, teal, aqua, vibrant turquoise, baby blue, ocean blue and pastel petrol acrylic mediums were splattered and splashed to create a sense of feeling, atmosphere, excitement and passion for the freedom in life.

This artwork is ready to hang straight out of the box. The premium canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
