This painting is inspired by the beauty of a bird in flight and late afternoon/early evening ocean storm reflective colours in the sky. First charcoal was painted to create a realistic looking bird in flight. A magical expressive colour theme was applied to create a feeling of late afternoon ocean storms with soft pink, vivid ocean blue, dark storm blue and magenta acrylics. Finally some light splashes and splatters were added to provide a sense of life, movement and excitement in existence as the bird flies off into the evening sky.

This rolled canvas artwork is sold unframed. An example is shown of the artwork framed. This artwork will fit a standard A3 size frame. This painting is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
