This painting has been commissioned by an art collector in the UK. It was inspired by two previous works of owls I created in 2019. First charcoal was delicately painted onto the canvas to create a realistic look proud owl in flight. Various acrylics were used to splash, splatter and dot for vibrant wing effect and an expressive sense of movement in a night sky.

This rolled canvas artwork is sold unframed. An example is shown of the artwork in a frame. This artwork will fit a standard A2 size frame. The artwork is sold cut to size, though can be cut at 2cm wider and longer edges to allow for stretching if preferred. Please notify if you plan to stretch. This painting is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
