This Muhammad Ali painting was inspired by a series of iconic photographs of Muhammad Ali vs Sonny Liston. This charcoal and acrylic painting was commissioned by an art collector with an eye for detail and an appreciation for my unique painting style. Charcoal was used to create a photorealistic painting of Ali. Acrylics were used softly to accent the glove and to splatter some light in motion behind him. This artwork is ready to hang straight out of the box. The canvas has white sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
