This painting is inspired by the sense of peace, balance and focus in going for a run or jog. Charcoal was delicately painted in a unique and made up technique onto the canvas to create a realistic woman running gently and lightly under the crisp Autumn trees with a soft breeze and delicate glow. Acrylics colours of ochre, chocolate brown, Indian yellow, mustard yellow, bright sunflower yellow and cream were painted, splashed and splattered to create a feeling of movement and vivid life.

This canvas artwork is sold ready to hang with a 2cm timber backing. This painting is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
