This joyful painting is a commissioned work focusing on two children playing in water. Working from a few photos, I painted charcoal onto high quality canvas to create a realistic look, paying attention to keep the facial features accurate in expression and shape. Some soft acrylics were used for the bathers and vivid blues for the water splashing effects.

This artwork is ready to hang straight out of the box. The canvas has white sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
