This painting is inspired by the beauty of large trees. First charcoal was painted onto the high quality canvas to create a realistic looking large tree with a strong root base. Feminine and masculine lines, curves and shapes were created to balance out the tree before adding colour. A mix of golds, iron brown and earth brown acrylics were used to bring the tree to expressive life. Some shimmering gold effects can be seen, only in person as a result of the beautiful Matisse gold acrylic used. This painting will lightly shine with delicate glitter glow on various angles of light.

This artwork is ready to hang straight out of the box. The high quality canvas has white sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
