This painting is inspired by the beauty of a sea bird in flight and the colours of a soft glow over a sea. First charcoal was painted in a unique made up style of application to create a realistic looking cute and confident bird in flight. A fantasy colour theme of turquoise, pastel green, light blue, ochre tan and deep magenta acrylics were used to express a feeling of the happy bird. Some abstract expressionism painting splatters and splashes were added to provide a greater feeling of movement and balance the painting overall.

This rolled canvas artwork is sold unframed. An example is shown of the artwork in a frame. This artwork will fit an A3 size frame. The artwork is sold cut to size, though can be cut at 2cm wider and longer edges to allow for stretching if preferred. Please notify if you plan to stretch. This painting is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
