This painting is a focus on the beauty of a large tree with a calm golden glow and hint of blue blossom. First, charcoal was painted onto the fine art gallery canvas to create a realistic looking tree trunk and branches with a hint of large jacaranda and fig tree features. The tree has a balance of masculine and feminine shape and lines. Acrylic colours of tan, cream, grey, brown, midnight blue, baby blue and golds were splattered and splashed around the large gallery canvas to bring the tree to life. The splattered acrylics are quite thick with fluid textures in sections.

This artwork is ready to hang. The fine art gallery quality canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
