This artwork was created just for fun and with an excitement for the holiday season this year. First charcoal was brushed and painted in a unique made up painting technique to create a realistic looking tree trunk. Layers of abstract splatter in various green tones were first created with some light yellow, red, blue and gold added on top. Finally, baubles were created in charcoal and some light acrylic blue, red, gold and silver shades. The artwork was many sections with sparkling acrylic medium and gold and silver sparkles for a Christmas feeling and strong shiny effect at various light. Best seen in person as photos do not show this effect too well.

This artwork is ready to hang. The premium canvas has a soft white gesso background and sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
