This large landscape painting on fine art gallery canvas is inspired by the beauty of trees with a moonlight glow. First charcoal was painted onto the gallery canvas to create a strong tree with mysterious shadows. This is the first time the tree has been created with a centred focus. A mix of feminine and masculine lines and shapes were created for both visual balance and to hint at the balance of life itself. The effect of the moonlight shimmering off the leaves has inspired the blue glow acrylic effect. A mix of vibrant marine blue, cobalt blue, baby sky blue, indigo, red iron brown and various other acrylics were used to create an expression of vivid life. An impressionism style application of paint is first worked throughout the blue sections, then abstract splatters and splashes are added to create the feeling of existence and motion.

This artwork is ready to hang straight out of the box. The fine art gallery canvas has white sides and creates a strong shadow with the 4cm (1.5″) thick edging- making it suitable for dark and light wall shades. All art is sealed with high quality charcoal and acrylic fixatives and includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
